Originally from Southern California, Pam Parker Murphy has called San Francisco home since 1986, when she moved to the City for college. She earned a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Human Resources, then built a 28-year career in HR as a consultant and strategic advisor to top tech companies. Along the way, she honed skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, client relations, and strategic planning, skills she now brings to her thriving real estate business.

A longtime advocate for homeownership, Pam purchased her first home in her early 30s after years of saving and careful planning. That experience fuels her passion for guiding clients through one of life’s most important investments.
