More About Me

Originally from Southern California, Pam Parker Murphy has called San Francisco home since 1986, when she moved to the City for college. She earned a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Human Resources, then built a 28-year career in HR as a consultant and strategic advisor to top tech companies. Along the way, she honed skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, client relations, and strategic planning, skills she now brings to her thriving real estate business.
A longtime advocate for homeownership, Pam purchased her first home in her early 30s after years of saving and careful planning. That experience fuels her passion for guiding clients through one of life’s most important investments. Known as a true real estate advisor rather than a salesperson, she fiercely negotiates on behalf of her clients, ensuring sellers receive top dollar and buyers never pay more than necessary. She provides guidance, education, and strong advocacy every step of the way.
Clients describe Pam as authentic, strategic, and resourceful. Whether prepping a home for market or navigating competitive offers, she operates with integrity, transparency, and genuine care. She has earned recognition as Rookie of the Year, a Top Producer, and ranks in the Top 1% of agents nationwide.
Married and proud to have raised her son, and a few beloved dogs, in the City she has called home for nearly four decades, Pam is deeply engaged in her community. She is a founding member and volunteer of the Detroit Steps Project in Sunnyside, serves on the Sunnyside Neighborhood Association, and contributes her time to nonprofits like Project Open Hand and Friends of the Urban Forest. A devoted dog lover, traveler, and beach enthusiast, she enjoys live music, local festivals, and exploring everything the Bay Area has to offer.
